I have designed a new case to house the new and awesome G540 from Geckodrives. The case is 11.75"W X 7.5"D X 5"H. The case is cnc machined to fit the G540. The case is steel with aluminum front and rear panels. ( The protective covering wasn't removed in the above middle photo) I added cutouts for a fan to keep the G540 and the power supply cool. A slot is provided under the G540 for easy attachment of wires/cables for home/limit switch, relays and a VFD.  The front panel is set up with a lighted power switch and a Engage/ Disengage switch to shut down the output to the stepper motors. The inside of the case is large enough for any additions the user may want to add. The position of the relays is easily moved. The case can be purchased  as a bare case  that is machined  or you can add the additions listed below. This case makes assembly easy and great looking.
Machined case only (no electrical fittings but I can provide a list of material.) G540CaseOnly $89.99 plus s/h
Machine case with the fan, fan grill, power entry, lighted power switch and engage/disengage switch. G540casebasicelectric  $115 plus s/h
Machined case with all of the above and a G540 with all wire provided with assembly instructions and a 24V 11A power supply  $499 plus s/h
See my stepper motors below . Let me know what you want to do and I'll help you select the correct motor.

LC540 Options

NEW G540 Plastic Case. Ideal for small desktop machines like Sherline and Taig.

This case is made of sturdy ABS plastic. The cases can be had in either back or bone color. The front and rear panels are black ABS and machined. The front panel is machined for a lighted power switch and and engage disengage switch. The rear panel is machined for an IEC power entry module and the G540. A slot has been cut under the G540 so external limits switches and relays can be added.

An assembled and test unit with a G540 12A power supply is $399 plus s/h. Parallel port cable, motors cables and stepper motors are available at additional cost

G210/G201A/G203  CASE . Step motor drives 3 axis/4 axis cases are now available for $110. The case is made up of flat panels that are machine to match the G201A/G210/G203 . The case is machined for all required connectors, switches, amps and transformers used in construction of a awesome stepper system. $110 plus $10 s/h
